Q: Reasons behind DSC Errors

Let's understand this with an example: There are two persons Mr. Aand Mr. B. Mr. B has to send a file to Mr. A electronically.

What are the problems that may occur?

1. Mr. B does not have the required software or devices which are required to send file electronically.
2. Mr. Ahas different version of software while Mr. B has different version of software.
3. Mr. B has not proved his identity to Mr. A.
4. Mode of sending of file is not proper and not as prescribed. Similarly, DSC Errors-
   1. The user of DSC has not installed token driver, or installed JAVA, or any other prerequisite software, or has not made prerequisite setting like enabling Active-X controls etc.
   2. The concerned website needs different version of JAVA, or other computer system settings & user had installed different version of JAVA, or had different computer system settings.
   3. The user has not registered his/her DSC to concerned website.
   4. The user is not opting correct mode of communication like web browser.
