mca error

Question:

When user register DSC on MCA website and error is displayed " Certificate has not been selected. To complete the registration you need to select a certificate. "

Possible Solution:

1) The User has not inserted DSC USB Token to the computer System.

or

2) The Drivier of the DSC USB Token has not been installed. In this case user is advised to install the USB token driver to the computer
