Now, Only Individual DSC is to be registered in his/her personal income tax login.
Means, In case you are trying to register DSC in the new income tax portal for Company, Firm, LLP, HUF, Trust etc register the DSC option will not available.
In this case, user has to update DSC in individual personal income tax login and update the key person detail under my profile of Company, Firm. Trust ,HUF, LLP etc .The registered DSC will appear automatically
For example, There is a company ABCD Private Limited and Mr. A is director of the company.
In this case, register DSC of Mr. A in his personal income tax login and then update key person detail of ABCD Private Limited.
While updating key person detail, register DSC will appear.
Step 1: Login to www.Incometax.gov.in of Individual and click on >> My Profile
Step 2: Click on "Register DSC"
Step 3: Download and Install the Emsigner Utility from Income Tax Portal
Step 4: Run downloaded emBridhe Utility and click on Refresh. Check "Service Status" is Running, otherwise Update it
